Wipe clean with a damp cloth and never wash it. Your Agu requires special care and attention to have a long life.
Jay, a yoga instructor living in Tijuca forest, was born in February 1989 in Rio de Janeiro. Jay used to teach Portuguese to foreigners until three years ago, when some yoga instructors came to the forest for retreat and suggested he join the “discover yourself” program. Jay realized how good the spiritual conduits like mantra energy was for him. He also understood the local tribes better, who believed in the holiness of the toucan birds and that they were vessels between the worlds of the living and the dead. Apart from his yoga routine, Jay loves eating and his favourite dish to have is quail eggs benedict at brunch. Jay is a pretty content guy; his only desire is to travel more.
